You’ll work closely with residents, staff, and partners to create a warm, vibrant, and well-run living environment. This role blends hospitality, administration, and leadership into one meaningful position.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the community
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Lead on repairs, schedules, and infrastructure needs
- Plan and execute weekly social, wellness, and educational events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns and feedback
- Build and maintain a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all
