Tom spent his career as an engineer, always solving problems and finding opportunities to mentor young minds. Now, he’s not done yet — far from it. After retiring, he was looking for more; he knew he needed connection, and this is his chance to keep learning and give back!

From leading hands-on workshops on sustainable systems to mentoring WWOOFers and the local high school students through the Earth Keepers’ education program, Tom is not only engaged, he’s inspired by the next generation.
